Paint Shop Pro is an international hobby.
I've seen a lot of visitors from other country's here.
So...I was thinking.........
Shouldn't it be fun to see how other country's use their PSP?
And so I came on the idea to have an international contest.
I will place a picture and a tube, a scrap set
or a theme that you can download.
You make something beautiful of it and send it back to me.
All the pictures that are send to me (look at the rules) , will compete in the contest.
They will be placed on a special page with the name and country of
the creator.
You may choose if you want your e-mail address there also.
Every month the 10 most beautiful creations will be nominated by
a jury.
These 10 pictures will be placed in a poll,
where everybody can vote during a week for the picture he or she likes the most.
After 1 week the 5 creations with the most votes will continue to
the big final, this will last a week too.
The public can vote one time each day.
This poll also last a week. In this week the jury will give their
points to the creations in my mailbox.
There will be 4 jury members every round (the members will circulate

The fifth member of the jury is the public that votes on the site.
The most % is the number 1 and so on.
This points will count double.
Suppose.......everybody will give the most votes to the same
creation, the creation can end with 60 points!

Maybe needles to say, but the
creation with the most points will win the contest!
The winner of the poll will get an Award.
He or she also gets a personal page for a month.
On that page: your winning creation and your award, your (nick) name
and your country
If you wish: something about yourself and maybe a picture of you
You may also advertise on that page with a banner or text to promote
your own site
or something else that's favorite to you and you will have a
guestbook.
It's your page for a whole
month..
After a month there will be a new winner of a new poll.
Your name and homepage advertising will be moved to a special page
for all the winners.
It doesn't matter how young or how old you are.
You may join if you are a beginner or if you are a "professional"
You may work with every Paint Shop Pro version...it really doesn't matter.
Even if you wish to work with Adobe Photoshop you're welcome
to join the contest.
The most important thing is that we have fun and maybe learn something
from each other.
Off course there are a few rules.
* The largest side off your picture is max. 400 pixels.

Your creation may be maximal 100 Kb heavy
* Animations may be maximal 150 Kb heavy
*
Soft erotic is aloud, but pornographic is absolutely not.
* You may not insult other people with the contents off your
creation.
*
I have the right to refuse creations when they are violating these
rules.
You can send the creation
as an attachment in an e-mail
